Hey guys, just like we did with Worms World Party, here's your chance to post a question directly to the folks working on Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory for the N-Gage game deck.

Post your questions here by Monday, February 21, and I'll take as many as possible and type them up and send them along to the developers to be answered, then we'll post the answers on the website later where everyone can read them.

Be sure to look at our previous interview as well, to make sure we're not asking questions that have already been asked. If you have any questions about this process feel free to ask me on this thread. Thanks!

Ikona has more hit points than you!

My friends list on N-Gage is near max (50+), don't be annoyed if I decline you or drop you... if I don't say hi during a match of RG I am probably playing from my phone! :smileyhappy:

Qn : Are you planning to make any more Arena-oriented games for the N-gage ( Tom-clancy related or not )?  Are there lots of sam fisher's moves that we're used to ?

One of the defining visual characteristics of the Splinter Cell series has been the use of dynamic lighting on both the environment and character models particularly on the Xbox and PC versions. On a platform such as the N-gage,  which obviously doesn't have the same power as those machines, how have you replicated/replaced this lighting model?

Chaos Theory on home consoles is set to feature music from both Amon Tobin and Jesper Kyd. Will any of this music remain intact in the N-Gage version?

(Amon Tobin's "Chaos Theory" soundtrack album is already available to buy and is a joy to listen to)

Is the graphics engine used in SC:CT for the N-Gage an evolution of the one used in Ghost Recon: Jungle Storm or something completely new? Can you outline its main features and why it sets it apart from other 3D engines currently available on the platform?

There has been a noticable evolution in the technical expertise which Gameloft have shown on the N-Gage and this next installment in the adventures of Sam Fisher looks to contrinue that trend. How much further do you think the handheld can be pushed beyond that seen in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory?

okay,
I really appreciate the time and effort gameloft are taking over their ngage games. the gameloft series have impressed me greatly, and have been attraction for many gamers to come to n-gage.
But one question remains, will you be sticking with the n-gage? I notice that splinter cell CT is a DS title also, so does that mean you mabye will spend more time on your ds projects? this would be a great dissappointment if this was the fact.

i went very off topic there, so here is my question about SC CT
Chaos theory for nge is looking amazingly impressive, in comparison to the old legend of the 2D sidescroller that initially graced the nge. The progress has been very steep (in a good way), will we see any more games in the future hat will ahve graphics that will better chaos theory?

my 3rd question
Reports on several sites have told us that the game was restricted to 8 missions or so. has this been changed? is it to late to chaneg? and is there any other features in CT that would extend the longitivity of the game?

thanks!

1.) Approxamately how many gameplay hours will it take the average gamer to complete? A veteran gamer?

2.) You stated previously that the game would be spread over 8 levels. Will each level be split into multiple stages?

3.) Can you explain the control scheme for the more complex manuevers?

4.)Are any other N-gage projects in the works?

5.)What factors will determine your Arena performance rating?

Thanks!

well i think they deserve a huge congratulations! because even just looking at the screenshots of this game make you drool.

my question is this : when were playing will we be able to move around more freely , say if some guy was shooting at us from behind would we be able to turn around quickly and easily get a good aim?

im only asking this because on some games like call of duty and ghost recon it takes awhile before you get  good aim on some enemy
