Questions for Niklas Savander (because everyone from N-Gage seems to have vanished): Does a N-Gage store downtime of 5% translate directly to 5% fewer game sales? Do your business units get a chance to talk to each other? Some of the same, obvious user interface mistakes from the N-Gage 1.0 app's credit card details screen are still present in the new Ovi Store client app. What improvements does Nokia Services plan to introduce in its "customer engagement" processes? Letting things break and then trying to keep customers in the dark for long periods of time may not be the best strategy for customer satisfaction.

problem after problem with ngage. think me is coming to point where im having enough lol. N-Gage should give all ngage customers 1 free game for this trouble that was fault at their end an no message or news alerts from a mod or admin about this. At least post it up on the main index page or make a important annoucments section.

The out of memory error is bogus. It's likely a situation where the N-Gage app is choking on garbage sent from the store's back end servers. try to update store front page; if it fails show out of memory error; What really happened is that somehow the mobile version of the Store front page has been messed up. Should be easy for Nokia to fix -- unless they laid-off all the technical people that know how to run the store. Niklas?
